Day 1: Cairo to Aswan and Exploring Aswan

  • Morning Transfer and Flight: Transfer from your Cairo hotel to the airport for a flight to Aswan.
  • Aswan High Dam: Discover this massive engineering feat completed in 1971, along with Lake Nasser, created in 1979 for water conservation and electricity production.
  • Unfinished Obelisk: See the incomplete obelisk of Queen Hatshepsut, dating back to 1508–1458 BC, a fascinating red granite monument that was abandoned during construction.
  • Philae Temple: Visit this temple on Agilkia Island, dedicated to the goddess Isis, showcasing the enchanting "Myth of Osiris."

Day 2: Kom Ombo Temple
